2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns from the US and Canada within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

 

3. Sale & Final Sale Items: Not Returnable
Items purchased at a sale (marked-down) price and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Full-priced items purchased with a discount code are eligible for return under this policy. Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing a sale item.

 

4. Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns from the US and Canada. A prepaid FedEx shipping label will be provided as you complete the return process. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.

 

5. Return Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our eligibility criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, based on your preference. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary by financial institution.

 

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want.

 

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving it. We will provide return instructions at no cost to you and work to resolve the issue promptly. (This applies to Sale and Final Sale items as well.)
